Non Alcohol drink giveaway to garnish higher gratuity

Bartender Summary

We later requested the tab and it did take a little longer than expected to get bartender 1’s attention when requesting the tab. He then closed it out and thanked us. Agent noted the tab should have included a non alcoholic beverage but was only charged for the alcoholic beverage (see food and beverage section for details).

Food and Beverage Summary

Agent ordered lemonade and associate ordered grape vodka. Lemonade was not very tasty but was frequently refilled before the agent had a chance to even ask for something else. Vodka was poured correctly and tasted good. Lemonade was not accounted for on the final bill. Agent cannot substantiate, but hypothesizes that the non-alcohol drink was left off the bill to garnish a higher gratuity; however, it simply could have been omitted by error as well.
