Boyfriend free drink hook up. Free drinks for Bartender’s Friends. Over Pour for Friends. No rings.

Aaaaaaa had a strong pour count on drinks that she made for those she seemed to know.  She poured a 4-count for server drinks and some bar guests (4-count= 1.5 oz.).  Her bar guests received the royal treatment in the form of over poured drinks with five to seven counts.

Aaaaaaa knew a few guests at the bar.  She waved to a guy as he entered the facility and told him to come to the bar.  He waved back and found a seat in the corner of the bar.  Aaaaaaa got him a drink and did not report to the POS to record the transaction or start him a tab.  Aaaaaaa chatted with him often as he sat there alone.  Agent made the assumption that he had come to the facility specifically to see Aaaaaaa.  Aaaaaaa did not charge him for the two drinks he consumed while agent was present as she never went to the POS after any drink she prepared for him.   She definitely gave preferential treatment to this one male guest.  Agent can’t substantiate but strongly feels that this patron was her boyfriend.

Agent would suggest making the employees place a receipt in a glass in front of each guest.  This makes them responsible for having a visible tab in front of each guest.  It also helps the other employees or the MOD to find the tab if they need to help out behind the bar.  It can help stop integrity issues or at least cut down on them.

Agent noted one other instance in which Aaaaaaa’s integrity was questionable.  At one point, there were two males seated at the bar.  They were talking with Aaaaaaa and other servers, and Agent deduces that they knew each other well.  Aaaaaaa got them both a draft beer and set it down in front of them.  She then went to the next guest and took their food order.  She never went to the POS to record the drink and then seemingly quickly moved on to avoid any suspicious-looking behavior.
