Illegal sexual activity in female strip club

The dancers were friendly and moved about the room a lot; however, they were lax in offering dances.  No dancer approached the agent or his associate while they were seated at the bar during the entire 2 hour evaluation period.

The agent observed one dancer extensively.  She was 5’4”, Caucasian, in her thirties, with a medium build, large breasts that appeared to include implants, and long, wavy dark hair that was dyed blond.

For much of the visit, the dancer sat at the bar with a male patron who was obviously a regular guest.  The patron discussed a friend of his who could help the dancer establish income from a web site.  The patron advised the dancer that his friend would be visiting the establishment the next week and would ask for her.  The agent gleaned from the conversation that a sexual encounter was understood in the arrangement.

During the visit, the dancer and patron twice went behind the curtain in the rear corner of the room, next to the bar.  The dancer gave the patron a lap dance in the first trip behind the curtain.  On the second trip, both the agent and his associate observed the patron with his pants pulled down and the dancer administering oral sex.
